Legged Robot Systems in Action

Since July 2025, our research team has been actively working on legged robotics across three complementary tracks. This video opens with our 3D-Printed Bipedal Robot—a lightweight platform built for exploring humanoid walking dynamics and balance control through rapid prototyping. Next, we present our Hardware Geek subsystem, which represents the team's collective effort in embedded systems, actuator tuning, and sensor integration, ensuring all mechanical and electronic components work reliably together. Finally, the video highlights our Quadruped Robot Inspection system, where our four-legged platform autonomously navigates industrial environments, performing real-time anomaly detection and data streaming for predictive maintenance and safety monitoring. Together, these segments reflect the team's integrated approach—from design iteration and hardware assembly to field testing—driven by shared expertise and collaborative problem-solving.
